Greatness of Shab-e-Qadr 

Sayyiduna Maalik Bin Anas رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه said: The periods of all creation were appeared to the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, when he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم got the most brief age [of all] for his Ummah, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم got miserable, [as] because of short age, his Ummatis [people] won't complete honorable deeds equivalent to the [Ummatis of] past Ummah. With this lines ,, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ favored the loving Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم with Shab-e-Qadr which is superior to 1,000 months of different Ummahs.

Greatness of love during Shab-e-Qadr 

The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has expressed: Whoever performs [the acts of] love during Shab-e-Qadr out of genuineness and Iman [faith], his past sins will be pardoned. (Sahih Bukhari, vol. 1, pp. 626, Hadees 1901) 

Remarking on the previously mentioned favored Hadees, Hakeem-ul-Ummat, Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has expressed: By the gift of the Siyam of Ramadan, Sagheera (minor) sins are pardoned, and by the gift of Taraweeh, the Kabirah [major] sins become lighter just as by the gift of the love performed during [the consecrated night of] Shab-e-Qadr, the positions increment.

Clarifying the previously mentioned favored Hadees, 'Allama 'Abdur Ra'oof Munaawi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has expressed: The pardoning through Siyam and the Qiyam [acts of worship] during Ramadan is achieved toward the finish of the favored month of Ramadan while the absolution one accomplishes through the Qiyam [acts of worship] during Shab-e-Qadr isn't postponed until the finish of the favored month of Ramadan.

When does Shab-e-Qadr fall? 

Dear Islamic siblings! Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has kept Shab-e-Qadr covered up because of His Divine Will. Thus, we don't know with regards to which night is Shab-e-Qadr. The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has expressed, 'Quest for Shab-e-Qadr in the odd evenings of the most recent ten days of favored Ramadan'.

It is expressed on page 199 of the Urdu book, 'Faizan-e-Ramadan' [Blessings of Ramadan], however devout archetypes, favored pundits of Quran and Muhaddiseen (favored researchers of Hadees) رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ تَـعَالٰی have contrast of sentiments with respect to the assurance of the event of Shab-e-Qadr, in any case, a lion's share have agreement that 27th evening of Ramadan is the [sacred] evening of Shab-e-Qadr every year. Sayyid-al-Ansaar, Sayyid-ul-Qur'aa, Sayyiduna Ubayy Bin Ka'b رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ is of the view that the 27th evening of Ramadan is the Shab-e-Qadr.

Nawafil of Shab-e-Qadr 

Faqeeh Abul Lays رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has expressed: At least, there are 2 Rakat of Shab-e-Qadr, at greatest, there are 1000 Rakaat, and normal amount of Rakat is 100; though normal recitation for each Rakat is that, after Surah Al-Fatihah, present Surah Al-Qadr one time and Surah Al-Ikhlas multiple times; After culmination of every two Rak'aat with Salam, say  Salat upon the loving  Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.
