The Virtue of Darood Shareef

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

                       "Whoever recites the Durood on me once, may Allah Almighty bestow ten blessings on him."

                                               (Sahih Muslim, p. 216, Hadith: 408)

In our religion Islam there are various kinds of zikar and each zikar have its own gifts however one zikar is constantly acknowledged in the court of Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ that is sending Durood upon the adored Rasool صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ . In this piece of composing we will find out about the endowments of Durood shareef.

As far as we might be concerned is compulsory upon each Muslim to send Durood upon Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ says in Holy Quran:

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ وَ مَلٰٓىٕكَتَهٗ یُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِیِّؕ-یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَیْهِ وَ سَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِیْمًا(۵۶)

Significance of Darood Shareef

"Undoubtedly Allah and His holy messengers send endowments on the Informer of the inconspicuous news (Prophet); O Believers! (You should likewise) send endowments and plentiful welcome upon him." 

                                                                            (Al ahzaab, 56)

Rewards of Darood Shareef

There are loads of favored Ahadith depicting the awards of sending Durood upon Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ. Some are given here:

         The adored Rasoolصَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ said:

"The heavenly messengers continue to send kindnesses upon a Muslim until he keeps on discussing Salat upon me. Presently, it is the individual's decision whether he recounts less or more."

Absolution of Sins:

Sending Durood upon Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ is additionally a reason for pardoning of sins. The recitation of Durood results into the pardoning of sins of the reciter. 

Expansion in Virtuous Deeds:

The recounting Durood upon Holy prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ builds the upright deeds in the book of deed. 

Height of Ranks:

The positions of the sender of Durood are raised in this world and on the planet from now on. 

Increment the affection for Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ:

The sending Durood upon Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ builds the adoration for Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ in the core of sender. 

Scrub Heart:

The recitation of Durood purges one's heart and gets it far from doing sins and thinking terrible. 

Help in troubles:

An individual who is enjoyed challenges ought to discuss Durood as it assists with disposing of troubles. 

Dispose of torments:

Different kinds of torments in the body can be taken out by sending Durood upon Holy Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ. 

Sicknesses are relieved:

The recitation of Durood is likewise a decent fix of illnesses. 

Failed to remember thing is recalled:

Another favored award of sending Durood is that it causes the memories of failed to remember things.

Different Darood Shareef

Darood of Friday Night

اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِکْ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَامُحَمَّدِنِ النَّبِیِّ الْاُمِّیِّ الْحَبِیْبِ الْعَالِی الْقَدْرِالْعَظِیْمِ الْجَاہِ وَعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَصَحْبِہٖ وَسَلِّمْ

Transalation

The elders have said that whoever recites this Durood at least once every Friday night (between Friday and Thursday night) at the time of death, he will visit the Government of Madinah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and also when entering the grave. Until he sees that the government of Madinah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is taking him down to the grave with its merciful hands. (اَفْضَلُ الصَّلَوات عَلَى سَيِّدِ السّادات ، ص ۱۵۱ ملخصًا)

Darood pak for all Sins are forgiven

اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَسَلِّمْ 

Translation

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Syedna Ansardi Allahu ta'ala that the Crown Prince of Madinah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said

''Whoever recites this Durood Pak, if he was standing before sitting and if he was sitting before standing, his sins will be forgiven"
